Each quote follows scrupulously the legislation in force. Below we outline the main obligations concerning driving and rest periods.

45mn break between two driving times that can be combined in two stages, the first with a minimum of 30 minutes.
Daily amplitude: : the amplitude of the working day is the interval between two successive daily rests or between a weekly rest and the daily rest immediately following or preceding. For drivers, its maximum duration is 14 hours for a driver and 18 hours in double crew, on departure and arrival of our garage.
Daily rest : in each 24-hour period after the end of a daily or weekly rest, the driver must have taken a new daily rest. The duration of the daily rest period is fixed at 11 consecutive hours, which can be: reduced to 9 consecutive hours minimum, up to 3 times between two weekly rest periods; Divided into two periods, the first of which shall be an uninterrupted period of at least 3 hours, followed by a second uninterrupted period of at least 9 hours.
Weekly rest period : a weekly rest period begins no later than the end of six 24-hour periods from the end of the previous weekly rest period. During two consecutive calendar weeks, a driver shall at least:
Two normal weekly rest periods of 45 hours each;
Or a normal 45-hour weekly rest period and a reduced weekly rest period of at least 24 hours.
Following the order of 18 May 2009, a passenger name list is now compulsory for all occasional public transport services, provided that the journey takes place beyond the departments bordering on the place of departure. This list must include the name and surname of each passenger and, for the minor participants, the contact details of the person to be notified in case of necessity. This information must be received before departure. It is imperative that you provide an updated copy of this list to be handed to the driver on the day of departure in the event of a change of participants.
